Impartial Jury?

Is there any such thing as a fair trial by an impartial jury?

Via Drudge:
"JUROR: WE HAD SYMPATHY FOR LIBBY, HE WAS THE FALL-GUY, WHERE WAS ROVE, WHERE WERE THE OTHERS...?"

Does this sound like an impartial juror? "Where was Rove?" "[Libby] was the fall-guy"

How can a juror say something like that and there be a presumption of a fair trial?
