"With the cache finds this week, the detentions we've made and creating a larger presence on Baghdad streets with the establishment of another combat outpost, we are making headway with the Baghdad security plan," Campbell said. "This is only the beginning."

While Congress wastes time debating whether or not they should pass a resolution condemning the President's plan, Bush's plans are beginning to come to fruition and are showing positive results.

I guess this is why we let the Commander in Chief run wars instead of running wars by committee.
